SLOPE
Liquid-applied roofing shall have a design slope of a minimum of 1/4 unit vertical in 12 units horizontal (2 percent slope).
CODE INTERPRETATION
This code implies that all liquid-applied roof systems must have a minimum slope of 1/4:12 so that there is positive drainage of storm water to drains, scuppers, and gutters. This slope is consistent with all low-slope roof system requirements.
