Kingspan Redesigns Website

breaking news1
October 13, 2017

Kingspan invites customers and visitors to explore its newly redesigned website for all the Kingspan USA product offerings. With updates now live, www.kingspanpanels.com provides more content in a user-friendly format to enhance visitors’ online experiences.

“The launch of the new site aligns the global brand of Kingspan and brings a consistent message to our customers throughout the world,” says Karim Muri, Director of Marketing, North America, for Kingspan Insulated Panels. “The website was designed with the latest web-design principles and mobile responsiveness in mind to provide users with the best customer experience. It also has been created to deliver a more unified customer experience across Kingspan’s entire product offering.”

The website now displays the entire Kingspan product range, which includes 17 product groups: Insulated Panel Systems, Insulation, Architectural Panel and Façade Systems, Controlled Environments, Ductwork, Metal Roof and Wall Systems, Daylight and Lighting Solutions, Access Floors, Commercial Infrastructure Products, Data Center Systems, DEF and Diesel Tanks, Renewable Technologies, Monitoring and Telemetry, Moisture Management, Wastewater Management, Smoke Management Systems and Natural Ventilation. The detailed product pages give users information about each Kingspan product, as well as technical data, installation guides, details and specifications.

Three high-performance building envelope solution categories sit within the Kingspan Insulated Panels homepage at www.kingspanpanels.com, so visitors can easily search specific panel choices. Insulated Panel Systems includes insulated roof and wall panels specific to the commercial and industrial sectors; Architectural Panel and Façade Systems presents the BENCHMARK By Kingspan architectural solutions; and Controlled Environments covers solutions for thermally controlled areas, such as cold storage freezers and coolers, food processing plants and packaging facilities.

The website also makes current Kingspan offerings more accessible. AIA/CEU presentations are a way to provide a deeper understanding of building with Kingspan products, and they are highlighted online. These lunch-and-learn presentations do not last longer than 60 minutes, making education about specific topics convenient.

Additional educational opportunities accessible from the new website include the Kingspan AEC Daily Academy. The courses found in this section are sponsored by Kingspan and managed and maintained by AEC Daily, one of the world's largest sources of free continuing education for architects, engineers and construction professionals.

Other enhancements include more case studies and white papers that illustrate the range of design possibilities and building solutions with Kingspan products.

Muri says connecting with clients and customers was top-of-mind when considering the design of the new site. “If you ever have a question along the way, online support—covering technical to warranty to field help—is at hand through the website to ensure customers can reach us easily,” he says. “The vast majority of our clients search for information and spec online, so we wanted to make sure they have a smooth, engaging and educational experience with us, and we’re confident this new site delivers that.”
