Gypsum Management and Supply Inc. (GMS) announced the acquisition of Robert N. Karpp Company Inc. (“Karpp”) based in Boston, Mass., marking GMS’ entry into the attractive New England market.

Karpp is one of the largest drywall specialty suppliers in New England serving select regions of Massachusetts and surrounding states through its three distribution centers and fleet of boom trucks (including the largest number of 80'-90' booms), moffets, flat beds, racks, and pick up trucks.  The company is a third generation distributor, having been founded by Robert N Karpp in 1979.
