CARLISLE, Pa. — Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM) has announced that its new PVC manufacturing line, located in Greenville, Ill., is fully operational. A grand opening event was held at the Greenville campus on April 28.

According to the company, this state-of-the-art production line is capable of manufacturing PVC roofing membranes with a variety of product enhancements, including KEE HP PVC. Additional capabilities include the capacity to produce membranes up to 10 feet, 10 inches in width, and the ability to manufacture polyester- and fiberglass-reinforced PVC, as well as fleece-backed PVC membranes, in a single pass. State-of-the-art manufacturing equipment ensures that all of CCM’s PVC membranes and accessories will meet the highest quality standards.

“CCM has invested in the Greenville area for more than 30 years with our existing EPDM manufacturing plant, which has provided numerous jobs and benefits to the local residents,” said Joe Stassi, director of PVC sales and marketing. “The addition of the PVC manufacturing line will create jobs for the community and help to further develop the economy.”
