MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Acquisition Corporation announced that it has acquired Gateway Roofing Supply in O’Fallon, Ill. Gateway is an independent distributor of roofing products servicing the eastern St. Louis area and was founded in 2001.

The new O’Fallon branch will operate as part of the Shake & Shingle division and fall under the responsibility of District Manager, Troy Baker. The business will continue to be led by the previous owner, Bill Parkin, as the new branch manager to ensure continuity for customers, employees and suppliers.
