Gale Associates, Inc. has been recognized by the Boston Women's Workforce Council (BWWC) with a 2026 Wage Equity Impact Award for its commitment to advancing pay equity and workplace opportunities through participation in the organization's 100% Talent Compact.

The Wage Equity Impact Awards recognize employers that have demonstrated a commitment to understanding and addressing gender and racial wage gaps through data analysis, transparency, and continuous improvement.

As a 100% Talent Compact Signer, Gale participates in the Boston Women's Workforce Council's effort to measure and better understand wage disparities across organizations throughout Greater Boston. The initiative encourages employers to evaluate compensation data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement practices that support equitable outcomes.

"We are honored to receive this recognition from the Boston Women's Workforce Council," said Lynette Young, Director of Human Resources at Gale Associates. "Participation in the 100% Talent Compact has helped us better understand our workforce data and identify opportunities to continue building a fair and equitable workplace."

Gale’s Managing Partner Steven Marshall, participated in the Panel 1 discussion, Building Fair and Transparent Pay Structures, during the Boston Women's Workforce Council's Wage Equity Impact Awards program on June 10, 2026. The panel featured representatives from Eastern Bank, Salary.com, Gale Associates, and C.E. Floyd Company PBC discussing approaches to compensation practices, transparency, and workplace equity.

A second panel, Creating Pathways for Opportunity and Advancement, featured representatives from Beth Israel Lahey Health, Bentley University, the City of Salem, and Rapid7.

The Boston Women's Workforce Council is a public-private partnership dedicated to eliminating gender and racial wage gaps through employer engagement, data collection, and collaborative action. Its 100% Talent Compact includes hundreds of employers committed to measuring and addressing pay inequities across the Greater Boston region.
