DeKeyser brings more than 26 years of experience in the global timber industry and international trade, with a strong track record of scaling businesses, driving operational excellence, and delivering sustainable growth. His appointment comes as Kebony continues to expand its global footprint and respond to growing demand for high performance, sustainable alternatives for the built environment.

Prior to joining Kebony, DeKeyser held senior leadership roles at Lemahieu Group, where he led major organizational and operational initiatives across multiple business units. Working closely with the Board and owners, he supported business transformation, international expansion, and long-term value creation.

During his tenure, DeKeyser led the launch and international scaling of a modified wood business and oversaw the successful integration of acquired companies. He also drove improvements in profitability through operational discipline, digitization, and IT-enabled optimization, while maintaining a strong focus on sustainability and responsible sourcing.

As Chief Executive Officer, DeKeyser will focus on accelerating growth in Kebony’s existing markets, expanding its global presence, and further strengthening the company’s position as a leader in sustainable modified wood solutions.
