Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Expo Returns to San Diego September 24-26

The Healthcare Facilities Symposium and Expo is one of the nation's largest events focused on healthcare design and facilities, unites architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and providers. This gathering fosters collaboration, research sharing, and the exchange of fresh perspectives, all within the dynamic healthcare industry. Attendees can discover and explore innovative ideas, practices, products, and solutions aimed at enhancing both current and future healthcare facilities.

Attendees will participate in three jam-packed days of daily educational sessions including three Keynote Presentations, a diverse Expo Hall featuring 110+ providers and manufacturers offering demonstrations and showcasing the latest and most innovative healthcare design products and services, and networking events where you can mix and mingle with other leaders in the industry.

Now in its third year, the Symposium Emerging Leaders Scholarship Program recognizes individuals with less than 10 years (nonconsecutive) of experience in healthcare design and construction, including research and education, and offers valuable mentorship opportunities with industry leaders to foster growth and enhance career development. The deadline for submissions is June 27.

On Tuesday, September 23, HFSE will be offering two Facility Tours in San Diego. In addition, there will be a Healthcare Providers Only Roundtable to create an environment for individuals employed by a hospital or healthcare system who oversee capital construction projects to gather and openly exchange ideas. Format for this year will be small break-out groups with a report out and overall discussion at the end of the session over drinks and light hors d’oeuvres.
