ATAS Introduces New Metal Wall Panel Profile

High Design Wall Flush V

DSV120 Picture (002).jpg
February 22, 2022

ATAS International has introduced a new profile to their Design Wall panel system. The new High Design Wall Flush V (DSV120) panel has been added to the existing series of four profile options. Typical applications for this panel include walls, fascia, or equipment screens.

The new High Design Wall Flush V (DSV120) panel is 1-3/4” deep and offers a distinctive vee shaped profile. They are installed horizontally or vertically with a tongue and groove interlock and concealed fasteners. The maximum panel length for the new panel is 20’-0” and is available in the following materials and thicknesses:

  • Aluminum - .032, .040, and .050
  • Metallic Coated Steel – 24, 22*, and 20* gauge
  • Copper* – 16 and 20 oz. copper

*Subject to minimum quantities and extended lead time.  Inquire for material and panel coverage availability.

Allowing for design creativity, Design Wall panels can be mixed and matched within their own series to achieve unique patterns across a façade, whether in the same color, or with complementary or contrasting colors.  The aluminum panels can be perforated in any of our six standard patterns, or in a custom pattern. The perforated panels are ideal for numerous applications including architectural design, passive solar shading, ventilation, acoustical solutions, and equipment screens. ATAS can color-match each side of a perforated panel for applications where both sides are visible. The aluminum substrate is ideal for outdoor perforated applications due to its inherent corrosion-resistant properties.

High Design Wall Flush V panels are manufactured in over 40 stock 70% PVDF finishes, Oxide Series and Woodland Series 70% PVDF print coats, as well as in Clear Satin and Dark Bronze anodized aluminum. Custom colors can be achieved on coil coated metal, dependent upon quantities. Post-painted options are offered for small quantities and in custom colors.  Smooth and stucco embossed textures are available on the panels, along with a complete line of trims in matching colors, gauges, and finishes, or as specified. The aesthetics of High Design Wall Flush V can be enhanced by using factory fabricated Elite Series accessories, including Z Boxes, Snap J and H channels, closure angles, extrusions, and mitered corners.
