Registration is now open for the Fenestration and Glazing Industry Alliance (FGIA) 2026 Virtual Summer Summit, taking place online June 23-24. A daylighting research expert will share her latest research, an economist will give his best assessment of inflation, interest rates and the housing supply and a Canadian representative will give the latest on his country’s politics and trade relations. A residential track and a commercial track will be offered, allowing participants to choose sessions most relevant to them and their companies. Register now to take advantage of early bird pricing through May 27.

“This Virtual Summer Summit gives your team direct access to a high-level FGIA event, at a lower cost,” said Florica Vlad, FGIA Events Manager. “Take advantage of no travel expenses and your FGIA member discount to register your entire team.”

Across the Board Sessions
Several important industry sessions will take place across the board during the Summit, including an economic update, a presentation on changes in Canadian politics and trade relations, a panel about the North American Fenestration Standard (NAFS), the latest research on daylighting’s impact on health, advice on extended producer responsibility (EPR) laws, a panel about sealant compatibility and performance and more. Also taking place will be FGIA’s usual codes report from the U.S. and Canada as well as the latest legislative and regulatory news from both countries.

Residential Market Topics
A panel discussion about residential market trends will take place Tuesday morning. Also on Tuesday, Jason Seals, FGIA Certification Services Manager, Fenestration, will present a session called, “Powering Marketplace Opportunity with New Security Screen Certification.”

Commercial Market Topics
Lothar Erkens (Winco) will give a presentation entitled, “Blast Resistant Fenestration | What You Need to Know When Configuring Glazed Fenestration Products for Blast Resistant Applications” on Tuesday morning. Later that day, David Vadocz (RDH Building Science) will present “You Get What You Inspect, Not What You Expect: Preparing for Effective Site Inspections.”

Exclusive Session | Emerging Leaders

As part of the new FGIA Emerging Leaders Initiative, hear from members and FGIA Education Manager, Kaydeen Laird about what FGIA offers in terms of industry training in this exclusive, invitation-only session for new participants and those who invite them to the Summit. A discussion about professional development and what members would like to see in the future will follow. Current FGIA members are encouraged to register new participants from their company in order to participate. All who attend will be offered a code for a complimentary FGIA course (Fundamentals of Fenestration or Fundamentals of Insulating Glass).

Sponsorship Options
FGIA has an expanded suite of sponsorship benefits designed to enhance a company’s visibility, engage with their audience and amplify their impact.
