Since joining RMF in 2011, Chrencik has become a leader within the Baltimore Infrastructure Division, where he currently oversees a team focused on district heating and cooling for a range of project types. Throughout his tenure, Chrencik has continued to solve complex engineering challenges through holistic design solutions, earning the trust and respect of RMF's long-standing higher education clients across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. In the last few years, he has spearheaded the firm’s application of high-efficiency decarbonization technologies, expanding capabilities for new and existing plant infrastructure. 

Thompson joined RMF's Raleigh, North Carolina office in 2010 and has played an important role in growing the firm's Commissioning Services portfolio across the Southeast. He brings extensive field experience and an analytical approach to testing the boundaries of performance for complex building mechanical systems, as well as district heating and cooling plants, that have differentiated his work within the industry. In 2016, Thompson relocated to Charlotte, where he currently leads the commissioning team, to further expand the practice's reach and capabilities while continuing to strengthen the firm's long-standing relationship with clients such as the Department of State.  

Both Chrencik and Thompson are graduates of RMF's Project Management and Leadership Development Program. Chrencik holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Widener University. Thompson earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
