Elevated Announces Partnership with Triplet

A First of its Kind in Retail Smart Technology

March 18, 2025

Elevated™, a smart building software development company, announced an exclusive first-of-its-kind partnership with Triplet, a company that provides services that integrate offline space with AI technology. Elevated will serve as Triplet's exclusive reseller in the U.S., expanding on its existing suite of spatial analytics and controls with Triplet’s Vision AI software, which enhances retail environments by leveraging advanced computer vision to optimize in-store customer experiences, improve inventory management, and boost safety.

“Our partnership with Triplet’s AI software allows us to tap into new markets like never before, delivering actionable insights that enable retailers to meet their customers’ needs at an unprecedented level,” says Erin McDannald, CEO of Elevated. “Triplet’s Vision AI allows owners and building operators to analyze the tangible patterns of human activity within retail locations, enhancing comfort and immersion while delivering a return on investment.”

As an extension of Elevated's portfolio, Triplet's Vision AI provides a turn-key solution for retailers. By combining the capabilities of Elevated's human-centric infrastructure with Triplet's face-blind camera technology, insights such as foot traffic and dwell time analytics empower retail businesses to optimize merchandise placement or staffing based on shopper behavior. Further, personalized recommendations align with sustainable practices for managing spaces. Together, these solutions increase efficiency in real time and provide a holistic approach to creating healthier, more immersive retail environments.

“In a post-COVID-19 world, the competitiveness of brick and mortar stores has diminished due to the expansion of the online shopping market, rising operational costs, and challenges in gathering customer information,” says Jake Shin, CEO of Triplet. “Offline stores need to change, and Triplet and Elevated is the ideal partnership at the forefront of that innovation. This partnership will help to grow our portfolio, boosting our presence in the U.S. retail market. We look forward to empowering retail companies with Elevated to continually utilize innovations that boost sales, enhance customer loyalty, and provide deeper brand immersion for their customer base.”

In addition to Vision AI, Triplet’s AI-Kiosk brings these analytics to the personal level, utilizing a shopper's individual profile to offer tailored product recommendations and a guide to finding them in-store. Retailers can choose from a menu of options to build out their own AI-supercharged packages, including:

Triplet’s spatial analysis software can examine:

  • Foot traffic, visitors' age/gender/classification, product trends and predictions, congestion, dwell time, and flow. This data can allow retail locations to identify returning customers and understand the demographics of their shoppers.
  • Utility functions such as queue (entrance, checkout), inventory management, cleaning management, parking space detection, and occupancy monitoring.

Triplet’s Safety Monitoring Features Include:

  • Triplet’s 360° AI cameras monitor unmanned spaces, detecting fires or smoke, oil leaks, and abnormal human behaviors. The system notifies managers in real-time through connected devices to enhance safety and enable quick responses.

Reflecting Triplet's commitment to safeguarding personal data and maintaining transparency in its data processing practices, it has appointed an in-house Data Protection Officer (DPO) to create data protection policies and guarantee compliance. The DPO will oversee all information of individuals directly or indirectly identified, adhering to data protection and accountability principles.
