Brian Ruffner, former director of sales and top sales leader at Comfort Systems USA, has launched NoLIMIT Performance, a premier consulting, training and coaching firm tailored to the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry—and far beyond.

With over 35 years of experience, Ruffner has a proven track record of driving transformational outcomes in industries ranging from construction and manufacturing to professional services and technology. During his tenure at Comfort Systems USA, Ruffner grew the sales team from four to 26 members, increased revenue by 10 times and improved profitability by more than 200%. He is now bringing the same strategies of performance psychology to help organizations of all sizes—from Fortune 500 companies to early-stage startups—improve leadership, foster teamwork and achieve sustainable growth.

"Leadership and teamwork are the cornerstones of organizational success," said Ruffner. "At NoLIMIT Performance, we help organizations build an emotionally intelligent (EQ) scalable growth culture that inspires employees to perform at their best. By improving mindsets as well as behaviors for better performance and providing tailored strategies, our ultimate goal is not just growth but sustainable success that transforms every aspect of a company’s culture."

NoLIMIT Performance partners with organizations to achieve results up to 20 times higher than baseline levels through performance psychology. From professional development and leadership coaching to high-impact sales, customer experience and group emotional intelligence (EQ) training, the firm delivers customized solutions that drive measurable growth, enhance collaboration and build cohesive teams equipped to thrive in today’s competitive environment.

The firm’s certified High-Flyer affiliate trainers bring more than 100 years of combined industry expertise, specializing in DISC-based personality programs recognized as the “Best Personality Training Styles Program in the U.S.” by CV Magazine. The team includes leaders in the top 1% of sales, marketing, leadership, team building, operations, OSHA/safety and high-performance business consulting.

Ruffner’s approach encompasses businesses, schools and sports organizations, underscoring the importance of teamwork and leadership. NoLIMIT Performance proactively delivers initiatives that empower educators to cultivate collaborative environments that drive student success. Furthermore, as sports psychologists, Ruffer and his team equip players and coaches with the vital tools required. Through the application of performance psychology, NoLIMIT Performance enables individuals and teams to conquer challenges, embrace a growth mindset and consistently reach peak performance both on and off the field.

According to Ruffner, "The goal of this human adventure is to see what we can become with all we’ve been given."
