Interior design, procurement, capital management, and project management firm Premier has hired Gail Cavanagh as a Project Architect to manage the firm’s hospitality, multifamily, and student housing projects. With 30 years of experience acting as a designer, architect, and project manager for projects in multiple disciplines, Cavanagh will ensure projects meet strict contractual requirements, budgets, and timelines, and serve as the point person for various teams and external stakeholders. Cavanagh is integral to Premier’s recently launched architecture service offering that serves ground-up construction and full renovation opportunities.

“Gail’s experience spearheading projects from conception to completion aligns with Premier’s suite of comprehensive services including design, construction, and procurement,” said Robin Bellerby, Premier’s Senior Vice President of Architecture. “As we continue to maintain strong relationships with first-rate brands and developers, along with continually earning new clients across portfolios, Gail’s broad skill set will help accelerate the firm’s growth.”

Before joining Premier, Cavanagh was a Senior Project Architect for Sarfatty Associates, where she managed numerous aspects of project management, including writing proposals, tracking billing and invoices, coordinating with consultants, and producing contract documents. Backed with a LEED AP accreditation, she worked alongside top hospitality brands and projects, including the Renaissance Nashville Conference Center in Nashville, Tennessee, the Marriott Crystal Gateway in Arlington, Virginia, and the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

“Given Premier’s impressive client roster, endlessly creative team, and multidisciplinary approach, I’m honored for the opportunity to join the firm,” said Cavanagh.
