OC-450 and OC-1350
Icynene-Lapolla, the global supplier and manufacturer of high performance, energy efficient building envelope solutions, today launched a new low-pressure, low density, two-component spray polyurethane foam. The new spray foam product is available in two sizes and named OC-450 and OC-1350, with each referring to the maximum amount of board feet the material will cover (450 and 1,350 respectively). Each option provides a compact and convenient size for contractors looking to complete touch ups on the job.
The product is designed to offer Icynene-Lapolla contractors with a seamless transition from large to small jobs with the same reliable products they can expect in Icynene-Lapolla drums. The low pressure spray foam is ideally suited for filling and sealing various sized voids and surfaces, deadening sound and reducing vibrations in the structure.
The low pressure spray foam may be applied to a wide variety of clean, dry substrates including wood, masonry, metal and drywall. The material’s excellent adhesion properties create an air barrier, resulting in improved indoor air quality and reduced heating and cooling costs. The product provides an aged R Value of 4.3 when applied at 1” thickness.

The low-pressure spray foam may be utilized in attic and crawlspace applications when certain qualifying conditions are met. The product holds a UL GREENGUARD Gold Certification.
