Key Lock Panel System is a rainscreen insulated panel that is primarily used as exterior wall cladding but can be adapted for use on interior walls (non-bearing); used for new construction and retrofit.

The panels can be formed flat or a variety of custom three dimensional shapes up to 5’ x 20’.

Alply can manufacture Key Lock Panels using the following materials; Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel and even Natural Copper in any color.

Alply offers Isocyanurate or Polystyrene Insulation types.

Key Lock Panel System has been tested and passed; ASTM E 330-02, ASTM E 84-05, ANSI 2.5,

UBC 8-1 (42-1), NFPA 255, NFPA 285, UBC 17-6, UBC 26-4, UBC 26-9 AND MEA 149-07-M
