Polyglass USA, Inc., a leading manufacturer of roofing and waterproofing solutions, hosted its annual “Bring Your Child to Work Day” event, welcoming the next generation of thinkers, creators, and leaders into its innovative workplace.  

Polyglass welcomed employee’s children on April 25^th, 2024, providing them with an immersive experience designed to inspire curiosity, foster creativity, and ignite passion for potential career paths. The event aimed to showcase the diverse opportunities available within the company and industry while promoting the importance of education, exploration, and hands-on learning.  

Throughout the day, children participated with different departments in engaging activities tailored to their interests and skill levels.  They explored the Polyglass lab where they participated in experiments and interactive sessions. Live demonstrations introduced them to Polyglass’ self-adhered products, coatings, and waterproofing solutions, providing valuable insights into the manufacturing process. They also discovered how innovations like Polyglass’ ADESO^Ò Technology revolutionized the roofing industry.   By installing ADESO self-adhered membranes they learned that it not only saves installation time but also ensures safer installation practices while offering unparalleled versatility.
