In recognition of their “lifetime of service and contributions” to the success of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC, formerly known as RCI, Inc.), two individuals—Philip D. Dregger, F-IIBEC, RRC, PE, and Gerard J. Teitsma, F-IIBEC, RRC, RRO, CCCA—were bestowed with the association’s ultimate honor: the Lifetime Achievement Award. He has been on the Executive Committee of the Roofing Industry Committee on Weather Issues (RICOWI) and the boards of the Cool Roof Rating Council (CRRC) and the Special Interest Group for Dynamic Evaluation of Roofing Systems (SIGDERS).
