Elisabeth Malsch to Participate in Engineering Symposium
Elisabeth Malsch, Ph.D., P.E., an associate principal at Thornton Tomasetti, the international engineering firm, has been invited by the National Academy of Engineering (NAE) to attend the 2016 U.S. Frontiers of Engineering Symposium (FOE) on September 19-21 at the Arnold and Mabel Beckman Center in Irvine, Calif.
The USFOE brings together 100 engineers ages 30-45 from U.S. companies, universities and government labs to discuss leading-edge research and technical work across a range of engineering fields.The goal of the symposium is to facilitate cross-disciplinary exchange and promote the transfer of new techniques and approaches across fields in order to sustain and build innovation among the next generation of engineering leaders.
