BELOIT, Wis. — Dennis L. Lee, a 24-year roofing industry veteran, died on April 22 following a long battle with pancreatic cancer. The resident of Hazel Green, Wis. was 68 years old.

Lee had worked for Mule-Hide Products Co. Inc. as territory manager for the Upper Midwest since 1989. In that role, he shared his deep knowledge of commercial roofing applications with customers in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Known for his honesty, loyalty, dependability, wry sense of humor and quiet faith, Lee truly valued the time he spent with friends and customers. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, golf, camping, motorcycles, boating and travel.

Lee served in the United States Air Force for four years. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.

Lee is survived by his wife of 45 years, Becky Glasson Lee; daughter Erika Lee Hawkinson (Brad) of Van Nuys, Calif.; son John (Wing-Yee) of Gardena, Calif.; brother Ronald Lee of Twin Falls, Idaho; and numerous other relatives and friends.

Services were held on April 27. A Dennis L. Lee Memorial Fund has been established.
