The renewable energy industry is facing a critical skilled worker shortage with an expected 12 million new employees needed in the industry by 2050.
Building Enclosure was joined by Elizabeth Sanderson, Executive Director of Solar Energy International, to talk about how construction businesses can upskill employees to capitalize on the growth of the solar industry.
