Simpson Strong-Tie Donates $15,000 to Support Disaster Relief
Simpson Strong-Tie, the leader in engineered structural connectors and building solutions, has donated $15,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund to assist Hurricane Florence relief efforts.
The catastrophic effects of Florence persist throughout the Mid-Atlantic. Rivers continue to rise, roads remain submerged and flash flood warnings are still in effect. At least 37 deaths have been reported.
“The lingering impacts from Hurricane Florence continue to be felt by thousands of people in the area,” noted Simpson Strong-Tie Chief Operating Officer Ricardo Arevalo. “As the devastation continues, we thank the work of the Red Cross and other organizations who aid them through this very difficult time.”
