Fiberon to Display Wildwood Composite Cladding at AIA Conference
Fiberon Wildwood composite cladding will be on display during the Architecture Expo (Booth #1651) June 8–9 at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Conference on Architecture in San Francisco. Architects, designers and other industry professionals in attendance will get an up-close look at the award-winning wood-plastic composite cladding, including the new Bamboo color that launched in October 2022.
Wildwood is made from 94 percent mixed recycled wood fiber and plastic content that would otherwise likely be destined for landfills and incinerators. Offering a more detailed look at its environmental impact, Fiberon recently issued a third-party Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for Wildwood, which evaluated raw material extraction, manufacturing, product disposal and more. Additionally, Fiberon Wildwood composite cladding facilitates better management of bulk water infiltration, capillary water intrusion and water vapor exfiltration.
