EYP Architecture & Engineering announced that Jeremy Oberc, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to managing principal of the company’s Boston office. Oberc will be responsible for leveraging the firm’s existing business development, operations and design leadership teams to bolster efficiency across all aspects of local business. In addition to office management, Oberc will collaborate with the local leadership team to enhance EYP’s external presence in Boston to clients, universities, recruits and the overall AE industry.
Oberc has over 19 years of experience with EYP, in the architectural design and project management of college and university buildings, as well as corporate facilities. His experience has provided him with in-depth knowledge of multi-disciplinary teams, guiding programming and strategic planning, design development, construction documentation and construction administration phases. His notable projects include the Old Chemistry Building Renovation at Stanford University, Integrated Science Complex at Carleton College, Smith Laboratories at the College of the Holy Cross and the Weidener Library Renovation at Harvard University.
