LEO A DALY, one of the nation’s leading architecture, engineering, and interior design firms, announced that the Intelligence Community Campus (ICC-B) in Bethesda, Maryland is the recipient of a 2017 Design-Build Merit Award, given by the Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA).
LEO A DALY as Executive Design Architect under a team lead by Whiting Turner were commissioned by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District to create an intelligence integration campus of more than 750,000 square feet by the re-use of existing government facilities and new construction. The ICC-B project re-images and revitalizes a set of imposing and outmoded governmental structures in a secure, sustainable, state-of-the-art intelligence headquarters surrounded by community and parks.
