Sika Corporation announced its participation as an exhibitor at Glass Expo West 2017, June 1-2 at Irvine Marriot, in Irvine, Calif.

Sika will showcase our full line of Commercial and Residential Flat Glass (FG) silicone and polyurethane sealants and adhesives at this year’s show.

Additionally, Sika’s Facades, Fenestration and Insulating Glass (FFI) division is pleased to showcase its line of Sikasil engineered structural silicone solutions for manufacturing, field construction and installation of commercial glass facades.  They will also exhibit Sika’s line of high performing residential hurricane-rated impact and general window back bedding glazing products, as well as our full line of installation sealants and adhesives.

One highlight on display will be SikaGlaze GG-735, for embedding glass walls and balustrades. This solvent-free, two-part polyurethane grout is easy to mix, cures at room temperature, and delivers high strength for fixation of large panels.

Additionally, Carl Tompkins, Sika National Flat Glass Sales Manager, is presenting "Sealants: Limiting Liability and Lowering Costs” covering how to remedy the four most-costly problems related to the improper use of sealants. This educational seminar provides information to help prevent potentially costly errors. Tompkins’ presentation is Thursday, June 1, 2017 at 10:00AM.

“We are very excited about the expansion of our product range and engineering services for the Facades, Fenestration and Insulating Glass industry as well as our Flat Glass business,” says Russ Livermore, Vice President Industry Marketing.  “Our comprehensive range of engineered structural and general purpose silicone products - along with our already recognized residential window glazing and installation product line - strengthens Sika’s global leadership in glass sealing and bonding.”

Sika Corporation will be exhibiting at booth #203 at Glass Expo West.
