Seattle-based architecture and design firm GGLO announced the expansion of its architecture, planning, interior design and landscape architecture services into Los Angeles. Senior Design Principal James Bradley will lead teams from GGLO's Los Angeles office, where he will draw on his experience in Market Rate Housing, Hospitality and Senior Living, as well as the firm's community inspired philosophy.

The launch of GGLO's Los Angeles office comes at a time when the scope of the firm's market rate housing practice is increasing, with work currently underway for Ledcor Group in Hercules, California; AMLI Residential in Seattle, Wash. and the Cascades Tower in Surabaya, Indonesia, among other influential projects.

GGLO has formed a team to meet clients' demand for services in the rapidly growing Los Angeles market, including Gerhard W. Mayer, AIA, LEED AP.  The former chair of the Urban Design Committee for the Los Angeles Chapter of the AIA, Mayer brings over 20 years' experience in Southern California in residential and mixed-use infill projects, movie studios, airports, educational and retail projects.
