The international architecture, master-planning, interior, and graphic design firm, Benoy has completed the Concept Masterplan for luxury scheme, reinventing the current marina with a 150,000 M2 mixed-use design, including the Bahrain Marina Yacht Club.

State-of-the-art facilities across several sectors, comprising residential, entertainment, leisure, and hospitality, will further develop the capital city. With a 5-star hotel, serviced apartments, retail, cinema, and a variety of food and beverage options, Benoy creates a landmark community anchored by the Bahrain Marina Yacht Club settled in the heart of the project.

Subtle aspects of the design—the wide promenade to enjoy retail meandering, water features, and vibrant atmosphere—will transform the current waterside area of Manama into a destination reaching far beyond the Gulf Coast region.

Working with the real estate investment arm and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bahrain’s Social Insurance Organisation (SIO), Amlak, Benoy is proud to visualize their first project for them. “This Masterplan not only meets our brief of driving further investment into the Kingdom, but Benoy’s design brings a world-class development all residents and visitors can thoroughly enjoy. We are very keen to position the Bahrain Marina Development as a National Landmark,” said spokesperson from Amlak.

“The Bahrain Marina Masterplan has been inspired by the beautiful, natural environment, blended with the Capital energy,” said, Paul Priest, Benoy director and head of MENA Studios.

“With the support of Amlak, we are sure it will quickly become an iconic development in the Benoy portfolio.”
